Mark your calendars! March 11th is the biggest day of the year for the Wisconsin hospitality scene. V. Marchese is heading to the Wisconsin Food & Hospitality Expo (hosted by the WRA) at State Fair Park in West Allis, and we’re bringing our friends from Cut Fresh along for the ride.
If you’re in the industry, you know this is the one event in the state you can’t afford to miss. We’ll be at our tables all day, ready to talk about fresh produce, local sourcing, and how we can make your kitchen life a whole lot easier.

That’s why we want to show you how our partnership works: we source the best bulk produce, and Cut Fresh handles the prep work with incredible precision. It’s the perfect way to maintain high quality while giving your team their time back.
Along with our signature bulk produce and labor-saving precut solutions, we’ll also have a variety of products from our preferred dairy provider, Prairie Farms, on display.
