How Do I Request a Delivery?

V. Marchese delivers Monday through Saturday. Please arrange a 2-hour delivery window with a customer service representative when placing your order, or contact your salesperson prior to placing an order. Let us know any information our driver may need– such as a building security code, loading dock number, or special delivery entrance location.

How Do I Receive a Delivery?

When you inspect product, please take special care in regards to the packaging. You often have see the product before deciding whether to accept it, but do not discard the original packaging until you’re sure you will keep the product.

What is the V. Marchese Return Policy?

You’re encouraged to inspect orders upon delivery. In the event that you reject a product, our drivers are able to issue a credit memo on the spot.

V. Marchese also has a generous 24-hour return policy; however, returns must be sent back in their original shipping package in re-sellable form, or credit will not be issued. To return a product, contact us at (414) 289-0995. Please have your invoice # when making the request for pick up.
